Aluminum Columns & RailingThe Wesrail II aluminum rail components system is the most advanced system ever offered.  Free of cast fittings, all components in the Wesrail II system are machined from solid 6063 alloy.  Because it uses no pop rivets, sheet metal screws, adhesives or cast fittings, Wesrail II provides maximum strength & rigidity.

PREFABRICATED: WESRAIL is available prefabricated from the Moultrie Manufacturing Company factory to assure a uniformly high quality assembly and to simplify field installation. Moultrie Manufacturing’s design department will do take-offs and provide shop drawings. Available in lengths up to 18 feet.

Features & Benefits

  • Meets stringent specifications of major engineering firms.
  • Meets or exceeds OSHA, ADA, ANSI/ASTM, ASCE, CFR, BOCA, ICBO, SBCCI and other code requirements.
  • All fittings machined from 6063-T5 and T6 aluminum alloy with no cast fittings.
  • Uses in line stair rail.
  • Uses stainless steel screws and bolts with expansion tines for maximum rigidity. No pop rivets, sheet metal screws or adhesives.
  • Posts are Schedule 80 6105-T5/ 6005-T5 aluminum pipe. Rail is Schedule 40 6105-T5 and T1/ 6005-T5 and T1 aluminum pipe.
  • Available in a variety of Class I-215R1 anodized finishes.
  • Powder-coat finishes also available.
  • Wesrail II railing is encased in plastic sleeves for protection during shipping, storage and installation.
